what does this service include?
Pick up of the equipment at your home
We will take as pick-up address the address you have indicated in your order as "Delivery address".
It is important to give an address where someone will be available to pick up the robot.
Labor to diagnose the failure
The technicians will test the cleaner at the manufacturer's service center to find out why it is not working properly and what is needed to fix the malfunction and get it working again.
Management and budgeting
As soon as the technicians have finished checking the equipment, the repair estimate will be sent to the email address you have provided us with all the elements that need to be replaced to ensure correct operation.
Return shipment to your address
After your equipment has been checked, whether you have accepted or rejected the repair estimate, the robot will be sent to the same pick-up address.
Once we send you the repair estimate, you must accept or reject the estimate within 10 calendar days. After these days, if we do not receive a reply from you, storage charges will be incurred. Please refer to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. By paying for this item, you confirm that you accept the above conditions.

Depending on the model, the serial number may be in one place or another, but it is usually on a sticker on the inside of the robot (removing the filter element). If you keep the original box, it is also usually on a small sticker on the box. - wHAT PROBLEM DOES THE ROBOT HAVE?

what do I have to send?
Robot cleaner
It is important to send the robot together with the floating cable.
Control unit and cable
You must send the control unit and power cable. And remote control in case you have one.
Filter element
It is also important that you send the filtering element of your robot (bag, basket, cartridge...).
Transport trolley
The transport trolley MUST NOT BE SHIPPED, it is not necessary for the revision and repair of the equipment.
Everything must be perfectly packed and closed so that it is not damaged in transport. You must use a sturdy box of sufficient size to allow the equipment to be inserted loosely; it is recommended that you insert a sufficient amount of protective material (bubble wrap, paper bags, foam, etc.) under, on and around the product to prevent any movement of the product inside the packaging.
Quimipool the manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damage during transport caused by improper packaging of the equipment.
Frequently asked questions
when will the robot be picked up at my address?
As soon as we have confirmation of receipt of payment, the pick-up order will be generated with the transport agency.
Normally, the transport company will pick up the equipment 24/48 hours after we communicate that we are going to pick up the equipment.
when will I receive the quotation?
The robot usually arrives at the SAT workshop 24/48 hours after pick-up.
Once in the workshop, the approximate maximum time for review and issuance of the budget is 10 days.
You must ACCEPT or REJECT the estimate within 10 calendar days.
what happens if I reject the repair estimate?
If you decide to reject the repair estimate, you must reply to the email in which you received the estimate indicating that you reject the repair. Once rejected, the robot will be returned to you unrepaired to the same pick-up address. There will be no additional cost to you.
what is the warranty on the repair?
All repaired equipment comes with a 6 month warranty on replaced or repaired items, except for items considered consumables or wear and tear. The motor, in case it is replaced, has 1 year warranty.
