1.1. Aantal draden.
2.Lengte van de kabel.
3. Lengtevan de kabel.

Normale robots hebben slechts 2 draden.
Robots met "vuile filterwaarschuwing", afstandsbediening of cyclusselectie hebben een derde draad nodig. Als in deze gevallen de derde draad ontbreekt, werken deze functies niet.
